Greg Palast and Gary Null fear a nuclear disaster and bailout of aging and extremly dangerous nuclear plant near New York City

Gary Null had world renown investigative journalist Greg palest on his podcast talking about a New York plan for a bail out of the nuclear industry. palest told Null how the wealthy class is pushing for a nuclear bail out by the government and the idea that rich people can safely live far from these plants in wealthy areas is obtuse art of the upper classes in pushing for these new projects in other communities that would be affected by these new plants. Palast also talked about the about face barrack Obama did with Commonwealth Edison in the Chicago area as he started his first campaigns against the abuses of this company and the scourge it was for low-income communities.   The abuse of these energy companies and the corruption of our political class is something both of these men have dealt in the past and Palast brings a new investigative focus. Palast and Null talked of the propaganda of the nuclear industry and the possibility of cyber attacks disabling our electrical grid and our nuclear plant sin these pro-nuclear videos. Governor Cuomo's plans to use eighty billion dollars in tax payer money and fast track a plan to bail out three nuclear power plants in upstate New York was discussed along with he lies the nuclear industry claims about the safety of their industry and the lack of evacuation plans or what to do when something goes bad in one of these increasingly aging and difficult to maintain plants. The subsidies planned by the Democratic governor to give to Excelon in repairing what is not a clean and renewable plant but a potential Fukishima disaster waiting to happen that would kill millions especially given there are no evacuation plans for the millions living in this area. the deadly plan to maintain these risky nuclear plans just to enrich a few and save a few hundred jobs instead of investing in safe and green energies is a clear example of how big money is buying our policies and politicians very much to the detriment and safety of the masses. these guys ended their discussion about the political connections of Execelon with Hillary Rodham nd how this I wish they further expanded on hos this company expanded with the presidency of this womans husband and the donations it has generously hosted upon many members of the Democratic party through the years.
