Yogi is hitting the country and although males have not taken up this lifestyle as much as the fairer sex. Yoga offers so many great opportunities and views for men and I always recommend it to men when given a chance although I have never put on the tights and actually gone into one of these studios that dot the landscape. One of these lovely young ladies is someone named Rupta Mehta and she has a book called "The Nalini Method". She has seven workouts for the seven moods that people often encounter and in this book Rupta advises for improvements of physical and emotional wellness. This gorgeous woman's mood-based fitness plan is unique and a different approach for women to follow in the difficulties of their lives and finding time and mind spirit to devote to spiritual and physical improvements.
Rupa Mehta often leads classes  a class recently in her Nalini Method, a workout that combines Pilates, yoga, strength training and stretching.
I suppose if I was a woman and wanted to remain slim I would but reading the philosophy and lifestyle approach of the yogis is interesting as are the advocates who push it along with a healthier lifestyle.
Rupta often points out stuff in her childhood and one clearly can see she came from a privilege background where ballerina nd math success was both expected and required for the young. Rupta is an amazing athlete having helped thousands of women reach their inner-potential and strength as individuals connected to the great spirit of the yogi's. The stretches and Pilates performed by this woman is unbelievable and the book is full of some thousand pictures of Rupta bent down in yoga pants aquatting and this enough makes the price of the book warranted and a excellent purchase for your yoga reading collections.
