RRyan Lewis is an idiot who makes YouTube videos dressed as a plant. He guy puts hundreds of videos and his videos often highlighting the Las Vegas strip has managed to get thousands of downloads. Many of his videos are just crude as when he drives by people and blasts a truck siren into the ears of unsuspecting passersby.
His most disturbing ones is when he lurks in the shadows and frightens young women with his plant gear moving form the bushes. The number of women attacked in this country by inner city men has been staggering and given the many deaths and unsolved murders RRyan Lewis playing this jogger joke pranks needs to be reevaluated.
I guess this Ryan Lewis is some videographer, and just plain nut. whether he is a celebrity or not perhaps they want to check his DNA as obviously some guy into scaring women is twisted enough to actually take a few down as was the case with Vanessa Marcotte in Princeton, Massachusetts and Karina Vetrano in Howard B, Queens section of New York. Ryan Lewis and his bushman set ups is just bizarre, not funny, and not natural for a guy (who turns out upon research is a celebrity..really) who gets his kicks on route 66 dressing like a bush and jumping slender female joggers. 
The inept Police in both New York and Massachusetts still have no leads of these brutal crimes of hate against beautiful women and maybe a Ryan Lewis and the bushman should be interviewed and cleared being that his YouTube videos are so similar to the attack on women runners out east. the longer these police agencies fail to land the killer the more shameful the amount of money on policing and surveillance appears
