The Ben Hur Tavern ponders its future o Fourth Avenue in Lafayette ,Indiana. The little patronized bar sits in front of a bad crumbling strip mall and few cars or foot traffic ever passes this bars way. This place will not e a bar long and its location calls out for a Dunkin Donuts location as finding one of the not so fresh donuts is near impossible in the West Lafayette and Lafayette area and tis can be startling for a dude like me long accustomed to having this every day in the three hundred locations that Chicago and other crony cities allow this major global conglomerate to dominate street corners and the landscape.
They also sell the best watered down coffee one can get not much unlike the watered down beer that this crud Ben Hur bar likely serves. I have never been to the Ben Hur but I can be pretty convinced inside as a cooler with the usual bottle major American brands that have all consolidated and they are the only two or three choices on tap as well. This bar is in a state of crisis because it knows its future as a watering hole is in doubt and it quickly needs to be replaces with factory warehouse baked one a day not so fresh Dukin Donuts that numbskulls like myself insist of supporting not knowing superior baked products exist elsewhere.
A Dunkin Donuts wants this corner and will likely eventually get it as it has done so many times in Cook, Dupage, Mchenry, Will, and Kane County regions of Chicagoland as the comp seeks to replace the mom and pop and family bar business in order to give Indian Hindu Muslims asset business on order for access to free 0 percent interest bank loans. if you love your neighborhood tavern still in existence it is only a matter of time before a Walgreens or Dunkin Donuts take over its key location squeezing the fmaily tavern out and bringing in more access for Indians to sell healthy stuff such as donuts and cigarettes in your community.
