Drug runners do not need to operate major innovations under their boats or on the side of their hulls for drug transport but can simply dump their cargo and let it float and easily track through GPS with their cronies across the seas who the distribute this scourge all over the Americas. Mark bagged an incredible catch and didn't have to kill a rare fish species this time about and he posted on social media for the world to see as he scooped up a big bag of cocaine that was to be sniffed up in the Miami Beach clubs by next week on special order.
