Mark Zuckerberg's top engineers weed out potential sticklers,thugs, and bad workers

  My brothers international and world renown company has a diversity problem and mark Zuckerberg's goals of bringing about a more diverse workforce is being stymied by his own workers. Business media has recently reported that brother mark's goals are thwarted by his own top engineers who are more picky in their selection of fellow new workers than the Hollywood dating scene. Recruiters are constantly frustrated by the multi-layer hiring process to get into Facebook in which mostly White and Asian engineers decision makers are risk-averse to hiring unknown Black and Latin female candidates. Image result for mark zuckerberg hiringthese guys know full well how a company culture can change with the demographics of a workplace and the dudes at Facebook are not as apt for change as mark Zuckerberg claims to be all about wishing to look face for the public. The fact is there are thirty top engineers who have a track record of proven hiring success and this consists of them thoroughly examining the character and the candidate before making a hire and they are not under bounds of pressure to enforce cultural sensitivity and demographic numbers. They hire who they feel who is the best fit into Facebook and yes this includes looking into their past and what schools they attended and crowd they hung. Thugs are not allowed and basically Mark Zuckerberg needs to not worry about Facebook looking like open-borders America nd just concentrate on having Facebook look like Silicon Valley.
