   Indianapolis has seen a record number of killings and murders in 2016 as the Black population expands and handout gangster migrant from Chicago and Gary make their way into Indians capital. Two young Jordanian Arab immigrants were the latest victim fo random and dangerous black crime right after the new year and the inept Indianapolis police are still looking for these scumbags and offering a pretty hefty 50000 reward for these dangerous animals sill walking and stalking the streets of Indy. two unidentified men entering the Jordan's Fish & Chicken at 9100 E. 21st Street in Indianapolis with guns drawn just prior to a fatal double shooting and the unspeakable double homicide of 34-year-old Wesam Sammour and his cousin 36-year-old Ammar Shatnawi cries for justice  and I have been canvasing this neighborhood in eager hope of collecting this reward.
