Indianapolis preserves a third oldest White castle to be a taqueria someday

Indianapolis has the third oldest structure that use to be a little White Castle and the city landmark commission just recently decided to protect this mini-castle. Small burger buildings were once the norm as to today's ridiculous and ugly fast-food outlets few of which are ever in wealthy and hipster urban neighborhoods and for years developers coveted this building to demolish it and pen up parking space for six cars in downtown Indianapolis. I would of preferred going to a nice walk-up place as this instead of the car-cultured and dependent other eateries and this would put presure on the workers when people are waiting to move their tails a little faster these small White Castle buildings are lanmarks and all of them need to be preserved regardless how bad the food this business and chain offers today as white Castle is credited often as being the first fast food chain to cross state lines and is a huge presence in the Midwest to this day. Small walk up structures are both cool and rare today more often in far away rural spots than the mass confusion of city streets long taken over by dollar corrupt global ethnic families allowed in America to sell 28 dollar sushi lunch dishes few Americans willing to fork over. it is good to now though at least the city got it right and that this mall building should remain where it is being an inspiration for other small eateries and business ventures to possibly develop.
