Denny Donuts is a run down donuts shop I occasionally go and enjoy some fresh donuts and coffee while browsing the days events in lovely Bloomington,Illinois. This place is old school with many veterans of ravages Central Illinois poverty and the place is filled with these old fucks. the environment here is about as completely opposite of Bloomington's famed Coffee Hound shops filled with brilliant academic minds drinking up caffeine and studying. Denny's Donuts are filled with old geezers like Dwight Dwyer who constantly talk about stuff from the seventies as if Jimmy Carter were still in the White House. this old coot and the others hanging out at this joint are a joke and there are not many places you can sit and actually catch whack jobs in action.
Dwight's brain is butter and his mind wandered somewhere in Champaign right now instead of Bloomington. Dwight has pleaded to be able to join this blog as a writer and because he is a character and has a cool interesting name we are considered hiring him to write for time to time. instead of getting a huge contract like other writers here in the millions we will consider this old chump and pay him maybe ten bucks a post or something.
Dwight can be found sometimes daily at Denny's Donuts mumbling to himself and going back and forth outside for smokes or to relive himself as he is banned form using the bathroom directly as he ahhh has problems with direction. Denny's Donuts by the way has the absolute worse and dirtiest bathroom in the donuts shop world but we would still rather go to a unique place like this instead of the shitty Dunkin Donuts ubiquitous of the suburban corrupt America. The place is often empty when Dwight comes here and spends a few hours as his lack of bathing and cleaning causes a foul oder and which produces a foul mood of the drinkers and sugar eaters at tis place. Dwight Dwyer would be a welcome and invaluable cost effective addition tot he Left Shark blog .from time to time at least. Don't hold Denny Donuts accountable for the clowns that hang out here as the donuts here are fresh and tasty made on sight and not in some central processing warehouse and shipped in various trucks to Dunkin Donut outlets through out a region.
