Chase field is a tax-supported baseball stadium build by billionaires who spent little millions of their own pocket change for this sports infrastructure. The sports industrial complex has taken over large parts of america brainwashing kids at an early age that playing sports is more important than math and science and as a result we have to import foreigners to do the great paying engineering jobs that playing ball doesn't qualify our youth for these growing jobs of the future. The Diamondback baseball team is new but their facilities have become old from neglect as the stadium was built on the cheap and the owner lacking the will to spend in upgrades preferring to spend more in advertising and so forth. the Diamondback baseball team and the country have been in dispute who is responsible to pay all of these faulty systems in this Chase park as often the bathrooms flood and the air
conditioning stops making viewing a slow boring sport in the desert more frustrating and abhorrent. This stadium as all of these big structures in baseball are complex and not sustainable always needing repairs but given the high cost of running these teams funds will be lacking. The European soccer and Australian Football stadiums seat many at a fraction of a cost these american sports organizations get and demand space for internal advertising revenues and from all the money given to the Arizona Diamondbacks there should be ample money in funds for fucking basic repairs.
I hope Major League baseball shoots itself in the foot with its greed and you would never see the North Melbourne Kangaroos ever have this stadium drama. In fact, it appears climate change is hitting directly at the temples of the corporate class flooding many a stadium and the damage the Arizona baseball team and lack of willingness to fix it has baseball pondering its future in this corporate red-state. good to see north Melbourne kangaroos play in a very efficient and not so costly stadium for fans and local tax payers alike.
