Russel Brand talks about God and wonders if God serves a purpose and is preventing western people from becoming lower-savages like Zulus and Zuni Inddians

Russel Brand had another of his award winning podcast and he had guest named to basically talk science and religion. I believe the word science was used in this conversation some one hundred times and with both of these jerks thick Davey Jones Monkees type accent it was really hard to make out what they were talking about. The Russel Brand podcast is perhaps the most painful and difficult to listen as the mans brain has so much rolling thunder out but the speaker is often muffled.
Russel and Aliston McGrath wondered if there is any point to God and he and the oxford University professor should ask if there is any point to Russel brand and professor McGrath. These two discussed Christianity and science and basically how one can be branded as a new religion of self-centered manhood achieving a new order of man owning the cosmos and needing to branch out their ful potential and global universal brand of man.
Russel and Alister wondered why people in this modern age even still follow these desert books long having outlived its purpose. The oral purposes being lost if religion disappears was a fear of professor McGrath and indeed without religion man might drop into the lower savages of modern day Zulus and Somalians without a guiding force delivered upon us to remain civil and loving and not spearchucking and warrior-like as were indigenous people in North America and eventually it lead to their downfall.
Brand is working hard at his podcast as he seeks to be an intellectual Howard Stern program without much of the same plethora of vulger topics and subjects. Mcgrath is a priest and theologian as well often described as being a Christian apologist often having to revise Christian philosophy and thinking to meet the questions and demands of the stoner age and dudes like Brand.
