We have received word that massive internet star George Jenner has signed a thirty million dollar contract to work and write for this blog as of today. The unexpected signing of this blog comes days after the Gothamist and DNA closed its site as its billionaires founder Joe Ricketts didn't want a unionized workplace and so shuttered his site leaving George and other urban writers without a gig. Our founder Randolph Perkins IV decided to jump and sign this guy right away despite only just signing Arthur Eason a few weeks ago and this ever growing roster list at this ever changing blog continues to grow and develop. George Jenner's firing is Rickett's loss but our gain and he is writer number forty something.
Many of the early writers of this blog area bit worried and perplexed by the incredible pay scale differences from newer writers to the older ones such as myself as my salary of two hundred dollars a week pales by comparison to the bullshit being thrown out by Randolph Perkins to writers none of which really are more talented than me or Gerald Jasper. The only positive thing about this signing is at least the salaries instead of skyrocketing up all of the time for each new hire does seem to be plateauing and declining for now. Mr Jenner writes with a passion and his loss at the DNA info publication sites will be solely missed but George and his cat will be financially rewarded writing for the Artificial intellect and adopt a Beast blog productions. Look forward to enjoying a new and embittered staff member real soon sure to go after the billionaires in tech who can make one man decisions to cut production and jobs because staff members united and unionize for more livable wages and go after the likes of fucking Joe Ricketts.
