Bill Murray and the corporate restaurant raiders seek to destroy cool bars like Nick's pizza with frivolous peanut shell lawsuit

Baxrter Lomax
A recent lawsuit in Kane County is going after an old structure bar that developers have sought to grab the land and put up a strip mall with six stores for cell phone business or bad eatery chains with no drive thrus. Nick's Pizza is a wonderful bar in Elgin that is no cookie cutter parkinglot chain monster bar/restaurant nor is it available for now as another shit eye sore known as the strip mall that corrupt village leaders in Chicagoland areas and other suburban areas are eager to develop and lease out being a rentier.
Nancy Zappia's news of a lawsuit on the same day Bill Murray and his family were opening up a ,massive lame Caddyshack restaurant in corporate disgraceful village of Rosemont should be of no surprise. For the corporatism bigger is better and places like Nicks Pizza long celebrated and loved by the community and having the legacy pf peanut shells on the floor is not a vision the restaurateurs wish to see or compete when deciding that a old movie star and unfunny jackass Bill Murray is deserving of a chain restaurant named after him.
How a woman can slip and suffer the "fake" injuries that she claimed form peanut shells on the ground is bullshit and just a plot to take out this independent business form those wishing to expand Bill Murray's stupid Caddyshack themes over-sized eatery and that people can enjoy a meal while looking at pictures of  and have walls paying homage to this over-rated comedic actor when he looked young. Willaim Murray made many shitty movies such as the one where he lived in Japan and manyh of these bad movies of Murray will never be made into theme restaurants and Muray is just a clown who rides the Caddyshack and Groundhog Day rare successful movies all the way till he can still move his moose jaw.
