Social critic criticism.... Dunkin Donuts and other chains hiring practice under the eyes of Attorney Generals across the US including Lisa Madigan

  Lisa Madigan along with several of her Attorney General peers including Massachusetts Maura Healy are going after Jason  Percy's beloved Dunkin Donuts. Lisa Madigan and others sent a letter to several chains for documentation and explanation of their hiring standards and why they insist on non-poaching agreements with their employees that denies them availability to move onto other restaurants chains for higher pay.

Madigan realizes there is a collusion effort to keep low-wage fast food workers in meager and low-wage occupations without the chance of being free agents and free to move onto their competitors for an increase in their wages. Imagine if pro football or baseball players couldn't move onto another team once their contract expired and makes a few millions more for their equally important work as playing game as being serviced by a fast food restaurant industry.

 Madigan decided to investigate Dunkin Donuts and other fast food chains form massive number of complaints about the inability of workers advancing and no-poaching clauses are ways to keep the worker service industry with stagnated incomes form people who work harder than most executives or people in banks could ever dream. Jimmy Johns was another shitty chain that seeks to prevent its employees form moving to another franchise and increasing their pay and the large chain was sued some time ago and had to settle thanks to Liksa Madigan.
