Cowen says in his restaurant research one should avoid going where the hipsters and beautiful people go downtown to eat because ahhh he doesn't like them and prefers to see a world run by African and Chinese elites and for them to dot the landscape with their restaurants and cultural supremacy over this land. One can say the number of Thai and Ethiopian and other ethnic restaurants in this country is either deliberate plot to bring down the morale of Americans and be a constant reminder that somehow we are inferior and this is the message villages give with incessant foreign restaurants and label of them as elite eateries.
