Bill Nye is an engineer and does not hold a PHD but he carries himself around like he is a legal expert on all things science and Rogan recalled the bizarre interview Nye had with Tucker Carlson where he got frustrated being asked a question to give numbers on the percentage of impact human civilization has had on Earth's atmosphere. Nye refused to answer the question because as Rogan points out he doesn't know the answer and knows science can't answer that
