The city of Indianapolis announced another fleece  new Hilton brand create for new credit lines and extension of loans to build these unnecessary projects and sites and this new proposal would quite literally change the landscape of downtown Indianapolis. The amount of investment and spending into certain zones far away from the gas stations,dollar stores.auto parts business,big box stores, etc etc is the goal in order to maintain neighborhood distinction and economic disparity and construction of downtown skyscrapers are monuments of the wealthy to these areas and themselves while those owning and managing the assets get a financial boost from these assets only create for such purposes. The White man is good at creating phony wealth form land grabs and historically done so through lan d abuse and construction of unnecessary build and projects and the luxury hotel chains are the most egregious of these modern day development frauds. One day all of this nation may be a high end luxury hotel serving an army of robots and AI.
