Rick Velencia is totally for the need to replace your doctors with a punch button screen to free up the valuable time that doctors are suppose to do and speak to their patients and this corporatist and his insanity talk and cognitive dissonance is particularly why health care is such a racket and outrageous bogus scam.
   Mr Velencia needs to read some research of the ill effects and dangers poised to the human body by cellular and wireless technology. Velencia is happy that 4.9 million patients are exposed and hooked up to his system reading data on his patients  use for more profit and sell off to bitcoin on patients and storing it for someone to read in ten years time and now 2400 hospitals have the stupid digital nonsense that Mr Velencia and his health corporation deem so necessary and hopes to use to keep sick people home instead of taking up space in hospitals. I mean this man is setting up a system where he compares it to a utility and that all hospitals will need and manage with care like a electric system and gas company. This sick psycho Velencia is desperate to make a jet setting luxury lifestyle for himself and he is working hard to have patients of little means to not be able to talk and ask a doctor a question about their life and replace peoples access to doctors with this.

Velencia is glad to have this power and Qualcomm can basically just pull the plug and turn off the power and lights on individuals hooked and monitored to his digital virtual reality thinking and aspirations or remaking health care in America. Corporatists in tech health care would prefer to spend their money in other ways and have fun with marketing than actually having to work and improve the care and lives of sick people and this tech heath cartel of Mr Velencia and his involvement in wiring people to screens for profit and amuse. This bald jackass is another technocrat asshole that just wants to create a vast expanse for an expensive ecosystem of medical devices,sensors, application, electronic medical  records, and health information exchanges.
