Western Springs turned down Steve Dah's application to open up a taqueria in downtown Western Springs, where the legendary Chicago radio host has called home for the past thirty years, and the former top radio personality in Chicago is in desperate situation. He and his partner Garry Meier are eboth without radio gigs long subsidized by corporate radio to have programs and have free tripos to Hawaii and so forth. Dahl was let go by WLS radio this past December and has been without work since then and opening up a taqueria in downtown Western Springs seemed like a no brainer as he
could get tons of investor money from his fans. However, Dahl was turned down as this elite and wealthy suburb does not want to have a dumpy Mexican restaurant and one surely a Steve "drunk" Dahl would b ring about and unlike other Chicago suburbs pandering and kowtowing to Mexican drug money and investors for this bizarre bad Mexican food complex that ones sees in the Midwest and small towns with all of these shithole Mexican grills is something. Western Springs Illinois is not about to join this listing and told Dhl and Meier no gracios.
