      Left-wing  television host Bill Maher had presidential font runner Andrew yang on his program the other  night and tried to argue the Universal Basic income as the media elites and millionaire class like Mr Maher do not wish to see a fifteen dollar an hour set minimum wage for the struggling working classes.
