Ocean Ramsey is this fake conservationist and model who promotes safe seafaring and by some accounts she is not actually woman but a mermaid. Ocean Ramsey may also be an alien but this is a fact for another discussion but lets say the woman is a mermaid in addition to being one of the largest growing brand names of the seas and sea conservation.
