The problem bar in Indianapolis West side is a dump barrio dive called El Chila Sports bar and grill where really bad hombres watch Mexican soccer and root for their beloved Leon Lions back in Mexican soccer leagues. This bar has been a problematic bar with some 28 incidents since December of 2018 and now owners Marvin and Gabby Bentacourt have been charged with a slew of problems and financial charges including corruption business influencing, re serving cheap corn syrup beer, and failure to remit food and beverage taxes.
This couple have done little to stop the plague the problems facing this Bar and the owner provided false sales tax returns and didn't keep proper business records in addition to running a scummy bar voted by the Indianapolis lifestyle Times as the worse bar in the city. El Chila is another problematic late night entertainment business in Indianapolis that does little to combat the rising tide of urban decay and shit holeness and thankfully this business has been shut after the legal problems of Marvin and Gabby Bentacourt and this bar also has incredible a shooting on it premise less than a year ago as we have
documented time in again the rising tide of bar and night spot shootings in this quickly declining Midwest city. I'm just glad out in my home base where I bar tend at the Itasca Inn behind Tree Guys pizzeria in Beautiful Itasca, Ill there is nothing close tot he amount of shit that we cover in the largest city in the land of the Hoosiers. A police shooting took place and the police camera was shown for angry residents who don't know the dangers of the occupation of being a policemen and mot people who
protest police shootings and want to shit on the police are in themselves paid under the occupation of the protest occupation which as a far less dangerous profession than a police officer. The Indianapolis police officers were called one night in late 2019 to deal with a bad hombre named Luis who went berserk and loco and had to be put town as he was waving a gun threatening customers when they told him that famed ahhh bronco buster rider Manuel Ortega Ramirez Hernandez is a pussy compared the most lowly and bad bullfighter in Oaxaca
