Tom Ricketts is elated as another Wrigleyville bar Irish Oak closes he moves quickly to scoop up property

 Baxter Lomax

The evil owner of the Chicago Cubs best describes Tom Ricketts and his Rickets stadium agenda and transition of Wrigleyville  is a committed goal for him and the entire family as Mr Ricketts hates the traditional look of Wrigley Field.  Mr Rocket was elated to hear about the death of the Irish Oak bar and restaurant long a staple on Clark Street in Chicago Wrigelyville area. many bar advocates such as myself your award winning bartender at the Itasca In in Itasca , Illinois  was saddened by the news of yet another demise of a bar surrounding the Cubs ball park which was a thriving neighborhood of young workers in business and government who helped bring about a revival to what was otherwise a decaying urban area as Chicago tethered  tethered on the brink of becoming a big Detroit.

Tom Ricketts will now monopolize more beer and alcohol sales and this has been the end net goal of Mr Ricketts desiring to monopolize as much of the area and closing bars and clubs around the ball park were the fan has no choice but to use one of his business or purchase more beer at premium prices inside the friendly confines. Tom Rickets is gleeful this business closed down and he gave a high five to his friends upon the news and Mr Ricketts will not be satisfied until all of the bars and clubs around Wrigley Field

that he does not want around plans to shut down as he and Chicago Cubs top brass believe these business profit form the ball club and they should pay a special tax to Mr Ricketts and the organization. Mr Rickets is winning and one day he will own every stretch of territory and make is as boring and corporate as possible much lije the neighborhood surrounding the Brewers park  in Milwaukee that often changes names and there is no place to walk to and hang out after the game and this type of shitstadium is what Tom Dicketts desires to have for Cub fans as he tries t level Wrigleyville and remake it in his corporate image and indeed this guy has already dine it as a suburban lame looking Subway and Dunkin sit on space that also use to be cool family run mom and pop tavern. Tom is working with a Potbelly to occupy the space of this great Irish bar that was around for 28 years.
