   The great gastronomic or whatever old doctor known as Dr Now aka Younan Nowzarden returns for a unprecedented 18 season of telling these really sick obese people to gt smaller or die trying.  Dr now has made millions and millions of dollars trough The discovery channel where viewers discover how many sick six hundred pound mother fuckers are out there funding 20 McDonald's id Macs down like it were nothing burgers. Younan is clearly tired though of having these fatties come to his Houston office and beg him to do this gut cutting surgeries despite the fact they could drop like Humpty Dumpty on his operating

table and then he and his practice would be liable. Dr Now is tired of dealing with these morbidly obese people and having them beg and not follow his orders if they really want this gastronomical operations he delivers because these people have no will power or ability to control and limit to what the fuck they eat.
