Rosenberg is depressed by the state of this country and how United States has regressed with a cryptaker who needs caretaker as president. Both Lipson and Rosenberg suggested that creepy Joe Biden is indeed a troll president and that is one who goes about being purposely a wicked weird individual in office and always does so on purpose .
