Otto and Top Notch video somehow think the thuggery and derange hoodlums of urban American are funny and a good setting for pranks glorifying these tattoo Dragon gangsters in their top notch prank videos. questionable whether they are real or not and if there was an actual chance that I'm telling AJ would get hurt I reckon these two would not be doing these pranks on the dragon people of Los Angeles.
