Chappy was this neurotic New Orleans Cajun Cook who was having restaurant difficulties and needed Lord Gordon Ramsay to come in and clean house however the big problem Gordon Ramsay know this was it this cook Chappy had a old disgusting restaurant and his food was utterly tasteless and horrible. Gordon Ramsay quite literally humiliated Chappy throughout this episode of Kitchen Nightmares and it remains one of the more popular ones as Ramsay tore apart this arrogant Cajun jackass. Dave Chapman aka Chappy was so humiliated and didn't know what to do as each and every dish she served up was criticized by Gordon Ramsay with the epitome one
being Chappy's gumbo dish. Gordon Ramsey said it look like someone quite literally took a shit on a dish and he wondered if Chappy himself took a crappie. Chappy had difficulty doing the changes Gordon Ramsey demanded and said that he was going to need in order to survive and the amount of radical criticism that happy face by the

chef. Ramsey mocked how Chappy beats his meat in the kitchen pounding filet meat that already is tender and doesn't need a beat off. Gordon called Chappy a joke saying each and every dish this crappy Chappy chef produces. The silly bastard was resistant to change Gordon Ramsay quite literally
ridiculed Chappy throughout this episode mocking his look in tall hands tall hands and basically telling Chappy that he does not know how to cook or likely has lost his passion for cooking. Chappy did not take much lead to the major criticism he was facing and indeed he was in over t
he hill cook who's cooking methods were increasingly out of touch with today's restaurant base and modern society. Gordon Ramsey was like a sea captain which likely he would of been in time of Olde as he cleaned house and took the workers to look at the disgusting freezer and he was telling the staff and fatty Chappy to swab the decks and clean the floors. Cajun restaurants and cooking usually do not do good outside Louisiana and for this one to be struggling in Nashville was evident by the lack of seating and Ramsey suggested he take his crap
garbage back to New Orleans it's more acceptable and tourists just don't care Chappy was one of the worst Cooks in Kitchen Nightmares and weather Gordon Ramsay put this guy out to rest with his ultimate humiliation is not known as the show was a long time ago and I don't know why I didn't discover it earlier
