Rice is still in my opinion the worst food possible no matter how you cook it as there's no taste, nor great nutritional benefit,  and it takes a lot of it to fill your belly.  I find it amazing how half the world and most of Asia is eats this shit every fucking day when Uncle Roger die and the dissect him they're likely will be 14  lb of rice in his blood system
