Today we have a sad news to report that's a few weeks old that failed NBA tall center Bill Walton is dead. Bill Walton was supposed to be the Great White Hope and a cream version of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar when he was the first pick of the NBA draft .While he had a long basketball playing career most basketball pundits indeed have long declared Bill Walton they failed player Bill Walton had all the natural talents to be one of the NBA's greatest players, but utterly failed on the court always having some excuse of some injury or something. The death of Bill Walton shocked and appalled the sports nation is Mr Walton after his career ended went on to be a sports announcer for a while and actually for much of the time he was one he was not a very good announcer either.
Bill Walton did win a championship for the Portland Trail Blazers and he had a few good years before just succumb to so many injuries on the court and most often in his career he looked like a hippie hillbilly. Walton's body was so frail and weak because he had a horrible off-season training programs for himself and likely partied much of the time off season eating out and drinking much getting drunk like a skunk. Bill Walton eventually would land with the Boston Celtics and added very little to Celtic championship teams of Larry Bird and basically this man was a disappointing center for the Boston Celtics and a shadow of his former self in college.
Bill Wall never lived up to his capability and what he showed of his talents in college and without a doubts many consider Bill Walton the most overrated player in National Basketball Association history. This man did not even come close to repeating his success in college and that many had predicted he would be another Kareem Dil Jabbar and one of the best centers of all
time, which obviously Bill Walton failed miserably. Bill Walton is not even going to be listed in the top 100 centers of all time and news of the death of him hardly made a blip in the news radar. Many people were tired of seeing Bill Walton on the courts for 20-30 games a season and this man was unable ever to last entire season uninjured following the mid-70s and by all accounts wild Bill Walden can be declared as a failed NBA prospect and player. Bill Walton is dead at the age of 73
