Vitaly is this crazed individual who was a popular streamer, but has been declining and as he gets older his brain is becoming even nuttier unable to comprehend that he has no popularity or following like he used to. The Russian American streamer is truly a globalist who somehow always finds money and travels and does all these lame little dick

streams that no one really likes or respects. Vitaly and made the mistake of going to the Philippines and disrespecting the locals and making numerous videos harassing Filipino people on the streets and working pranks in the malls and the security guards. This creep now faces a possibility of a long sentence the tally is fucked and somehow this man

thought his global internet Big Tech connections that enable them to get so much money and to be a pretend influencer now it's going to find out after fucking around. 

      Vitality for the past couple years has been getting more mentally unstable in his videos and it was only a matter of time before his arrest and the stupidity of this man picking a tough country like the Philippines who takes minor crimes seriously and then he actually films these crimes and expects not to face any consequences for it.
