 For the second time in this career Frankie Lapenna was man on the run and taken down hard by a fat overweight cop and basically humped.  The incident took place a couple weeks ago is Frankie Lapenna was live streaming from an Arby's and harassing its workers when they called the police and they had enough of this fool with a mustache who refused to leave the store and kept stealing French fries as it came out of the fryer. Frankie Lopez then took someone's meal and started to run as a police pulled in and for a few seconds Frankie Lapenna a very huge and popular 15 million subscriber Tick talker was Man On The Run Frankie will probably does what many of these Tik Tokers like Quinlan Rockwell does and they purchase a bunch of smartphones and play their videos over and over again all hooked up to the mainframe computer thus pretending to be a very popular with millions in subscriber. 

    In no real way does Franke Lepenna have the number of followers and watchers that is claimed on his Tik Tok account and as we have stated before these numbers and claims are a bullshit lie. Tik Tok allows these wealthy people to purchase and make pretend of a huge follower base to their independent  media or "influence" and indeed all Frankie Lepenna does are short clips with him with a pillow in his pants and him falling down doing light stunts falling on his fannie. I no way does this mans on-line videos or work warrant this popularity and what Frankie does is being man on the run to the bank and uses his trust fund or his families and thus dudes and bimbets like Frankie flush their slush funds and spend give it to Tik Tok . This what Lepenna does and this guy and his ego has gotten so bloated he thinks he can do whatever he wants such as stealing food form other customers at fast food places when ever his tummy growls 

       YouTuber Franklin LePenna ran into the police stopped and a particular obese and overweight policeman took him down as a long line of people standing line to watch the movie Wicked and were shocked and appalled as the fat 300 lb police rode Frankie for a few minutes. This despicable disgusting spectacle was a disgusting and disturbing site and eventually  Franklin Lapenna was taken to the county jail where he was booked, cuffed, and stuffed in the panty wagon. Lepenna came out with a couple black eyes and he got a couple of phone numbers to a couple black guys who he plans on hooking up later in the very near future.
