Upon hearing news then obscure news max host named Rob Schmidtt has been rocking and making fun of him Jimmy Kimmel had to make mention and strike back on his little viewed and disappointing late night television show. Jimmy Kimmel was angry as he heard news that from Newsmax has been roasting him and calling for the FCC to investigate Jimmy Kimmel and have ABC Disney remove this son of a bitch from the airways as the Newsmax hosts rightfully points out

Network primed late night programming is politically partisan and thus they are against the rules of the FCC and their program for corporate mainstream media.
