Sam Sianis is dead

                  The owner of the venerable Billy Goat Tavern is dead. This long time Chicago greasy burger dump has been always over-hyped as a part of the city and a very important institution despite the fact that it is a very bad restaurant and that many restaurants like it in the past have already bitten the dust as Queen would say. For some reason, Sam Sianis continued to find funding and to keep his little grease hole shit hole restaurant open in the heart of very expensive area in downtown Chicago. This is despite the fact that the place was small, rundown, and not very impressive yet it always promoted for all the tourists. The promotion of this helping it stay open and was always promoted by the local media as an important destination for people visiting the city. 

      Sam Sianis was this old Greek guy who put a curse on the Cubs and prevented them from having any success when he was a kid having been banned by the sporting Organization for trying to bring a dirty goat into a Cubs game. It is amazing and many people put attribute to this man's curse against the Cubs that went almost some seven decades later would not return to the World Series that Sianis put on them as a young man amazing thing is when I went to this place one time it was the worst burger and food that I have back over the years. I cannot believe how this place got to hype that you didn't by the local press and just people in general my grandfather and father had restaurants that were better than this and had better food is similar and indeed the demise of Billy Goat should be a reminder. This should be a reminder at how many other restaurants such as his were put out business through the years by the global food invasion where now we get these very expensive and bad Mediterranean and sushi restaurants in many urban areas.

     The future of Billy Goat Tavern remains in Downtown Chicago as indeed this may be the end of the Chicago Classic institution that along with the ghetto Wiener Circle continues to this day to get in immense press and coverage of it being an important place which neither of them are and this promotion continues to come from the dumb Generation Z and millennial Lego generations. This  Tavern is a ghetto and shitty small bar and bad restaurant that perhaps now that the owner is finally died that this place can go away and be replaced likely from a small sushi place or whatever for the global order when they walk and make their little steps over downtown Chicago. The Billy Goat Tavern is a byproduct of a different era and we have long wanted to live just to see this place go away and indeed the biggest number one way to get this accomplished was indeed for this owner to eventually drop dead as he was like in his mid-90s and kept cooking these pink slime hamburgers would go thinking that the Billy Goat Tavern was anything more special than a White Castle and they had to be experienced while in downtown Chicago. No more pink slime nasty hamburgers frozen hamburgers for you Sam Sianis is dead at the age of 91
