A recent story of a huge New York skyscraper having to nearly be condemned as it's building structure buckle under renovations went viral this past week and indeed if anyone knows this possible problem is the amazing writer and social critic James Kuntsler they know that he has been talking about he inability and financial collapse of trying to maintain these high-rise buildings in urban areas not only in the United States but throughout the world.

The fact is Mr Howard Kuntsler has been talking about the unaffordability and financial wreckage that is coming with the skyscrapers as they are going to be buckling all the time like what we are seeing in New York and helped lead to this building and it's near collapse was the greed of this financial lego class building developers who want everyone to live in skyscrapers. James Kuntsler has been warning it that this is not financially feasible and sustainable and indeed what we may be seeing in New York is the coming collapse and not only this one skyscraper, but hopefully many more as New York is a ridiculous place and how anyone can think that these Urban cities and centers are incredible lifestyles must be primarily based on their financial incentive and corruption.
Cities are absolutely chaotic places where you have to look up to see everything which is utterly insane and New York hopefully we'll have many buildings as Mr Kuntsler has long stated that will be collapsing and will be so expensive to maintain they're much like an old sporting Stadium will eventually be abandoned and let to rot. Camelback gulf countries are going to face given their intense heat climate. This along with these Asian countries of high rise nature high-rise buildings are very expensive to maintain and as James Howard says they are going to be impossible to maintain, regardless of what these developers and people like Donald Trump may think.
