La Michocana ice cream places are all over the suburbs and let me explain the importance of these local places over the large chains mainly Baskin Robbins. The ice cream that is sold from this place is of much higher quality than what you will find in Baskin Robbins. La Michocan ice cream should really be more well known and the top retail brand for ice cream but Anglos totally refuse to shop in a place where they might hear another language than English. The fact that I see so few white people in a place like la Michocana ice cream places in the suburbs of Chicagoland illustrate the racists and bias behaviors of white folks. I am totally amazed how much better it tastes than the corporate rivals yet only Mexicans can be found in these places. perhaps the location in non-desript strip malls and not in one of the high-end fashion outlet malls around the land is a reason few know of this. Whatever the reason I am sure has demographics change this ice cream store will get more the recognition it deserves at the expense of closures for the ill-reputed Baskin Robbins brand that most seem are not capable of holding their own. Dunkin Donuts is quite literally keeping the Baskins name and crusty ice cream around these days as you rarely see a Baskins without being attached the donut shop.
