The news the other day that Google has few minorities outside of Asians is not surprising I have rallied about the few blacks and Latinos you will find in this innovating company. Evidently creativity is something the tech industry thinks only one type of ethnic group can offer and basically Google mirrors American society and the economy that has sank to awful lows in the past few decades. Companies like Google have no diversity because the only jobs they want to offer in their twisted version of the free-market outside of an engineering elite is slave-wage 
manufacturing in Asia. They can get away through these harsh working conditions to a people often used to being cruelly treated and exploited by their Western educated neo liberal leaders. No where did I read that perhaps fucking Google would have a more diverse workforce if they actually kept some of their profits at home and did their hiring here in warehouses and manufacturing plants. When white wealthy people have control of companies that are declared "creative" and are "technical" they are able to more readily get government grants to come up with new and incredible gadgets to watch television and play eighties style video games. They are able to create their own infrastructure industrial complex where they use their power, wealth, and muscle to bully politicians to accepting their illogical decisions of job placements that helps no one. No one except their very non-diverse technocratic workforce in the West that does everything in their ability to keep their unsustainable advantages in our economy and those of the poor nations that they set up operations. Google has tons of cash available to it from a stimulus program government has given to these tech companies over the years and I am sure it wasn't meant for them to use this help to just keep a small class of white people rich with easy sit down jobs playing on dry erase boards all day long and shooting nerf guns at each other . It is good to see the media finally report on Google and see maybe talk a while as why their workforce in America has two percent blacks and will never look like this nation as a whole.
