As manager and top bartender of the Itasca Inn I take great pride in running a bar and keeping it professional at all times. There are other bars where I can go and fuck off I stead of the one I reside and work. The other day I happened at be at a out of town and state bar in Kenosha called the Brat Too. This is the sister ar to the well-known brat Stop establishment in the southern part of this city. Unfortunately the downtown location is filled with too many loud brats that make this a uncomfortable spot to visit. Many of the downtown Kenosha bars are like this and few other age groups are willing to put up with this crap.
Another bizarre thing I witnessed was the male bartender just helping himself to the cash register and playing endless video poker games. Whether he was taking from his tips or he just happens to be the owners son is unknown but regardless fortune bartender to just often go and play casino while the other one does the bulk of the serving is ridiculous. The Brat Stop Too is just filled with some of the most obnoxious asses you will see the state of Wisconsin and when one received a text about a possible suicide in the lake down the street the useless losers were making a round of jokes about this potential tragedy. I really wonder if the owner realizes or cares bartenders just help themselves to the cash register so they can play some poker and slot machines n the bar. This is a totally big stain on the bar scene and I would tell people in the are to stay clear of this joint and the other lame collegiate bar right next to it. Downtown Kenosha deserves so much better than these underage bars and the rowdy rude patrons that go with it and eventually an Evanston type revamp will likely occur in this area and nightlife
