Danny Meyer ends tipping while gluttonous Drew Nieporant fights to defend this policy

restaurant owner Danny Meyer in New York is one among many owners that is opting his restaurants out from the practice of tipping. many owners have seen the inequality in the workforce this has produced between the kitchen staff and the dining staff and often the resentment  this produces. There is strong resistance to this from corporate backers who want to use their influence to get their daughters good beginning jobs but this will untimely prove fruitless as the need for reliable and hardworking kitchen help will trump this. The wage gap is one of several issues cited by restaurateurs who have deleted the tip line from checks. Some believe it is unfair for servers’ pay to be affected by their race and age, their customer’s moods, the weather and other factors that have nothing to do with performance. Human biases often plays into how the tip is determined and for this reason enough to scrap this ineffective method of restaurant subsidy is enough. the bravery and acuteness of Danny Meyer to end tipping in his restaurants warrants accolade especially given the contrast from other ass lickers like lie the retarded Drew  Nieporent who is publically fighting tipping and the fifteen dollar wage that needs to come to his industry. Restaurateurs like Mr Nieporant have long had his own customers subsidize his staff through tips as he pays next to nothing taking a huge chunk of the restaurants profit for himself and his glutinous appetite. Unlike the idiot Nieprant many other top and celebrity chefs are coming out in support for the no-tipping rule for their restaurants because they know it is the right thing to do and are not motivated by pure greed like this poor bastard is with his nine global restaurants in new York and London that only the very top echelon can enjoy and dine while his workers earn little. eventually this fat fuck will have to ban tipping in his restaurant and increase prices for those who so evidently can already afford to enjoy fine dining in America because after all this is the American way and America works hard for good wages and not peanuts.
