Ben Rothlisberger and the powerful Seattle Seahawks are a pain on my side. For the decade this team continues to make it to the Superbowl and years I had to endure a Super bowl with this team and flashy quarterback who is as must of a threat to run as pass. This year the Steelers started terrible and I was pretty much assured that I would not see this team in the Superbowl for a third or fourth year in a row and a repeat of the Buffalo Bills constant appearances that almost made me totally quit American football and stick to watching Real Madrid and AC Roma. This past Sunday though Big Ben and the Pittsburg Steelers took apart a strong Indianapolis Colts football team on the road and pretty much dispels the notion that this team is buried. The Steelers looked tremendous at both ends of the field and this may be ben's last opportunity to cement himself next to Terry Bradshaw as the best quarterback in franchise history.the Steelers are stealthily improving at the right time and setting up a stage for another major post-season run as the new England patriots falter a bit. Rothlisberger was throwing the ball left and right tearing apart the lackluster colt defense. the impressive destruction of the ravens this past Sunday put chill in the AFC as the top teams realize that the Steelers are once again a threat in the AFC as the team kicked ass on both ends of the field Sunday night. this victory pretty much cinches this team will be in the playoffs. The victory was particularly shocking in being a blowout as the Colt team itself was on an incredible run getting acclamation and respect from football pundits around the league. The league learned a lot in this game and that was the Seattle defense can shut the best running back in the game and that stopping Ben Rothlisberger when he is on a roll is best next to impossible. I hate to say it but I would not be surprised to see if Seattle in the Superbowl again as they are this eras Buffalo Bills Superbowl consistent team
