Carmen Bauza thinks she is going to change everything about Wal-Mart culture and busines model

Wal-Mart use to be a good place where you could get items fast and cheap and new leadership has taken this retailing giant down with their eagerness to change things. senior Vice president Carmen Bauza is someone always pushing for change and in a recent interview she says smaller organizations are more adaptable to change and big companies resist risk. This is typical type thinking of some token like this woman who usually as part of a small company people have other peoples money to play around and take gambles of these ultra-wealthy investors really not caring what start ups they put their money into and what these mostly failing smaller companies accomplish. Carmen Bauza complains that large companies by their bureaucracy can slow down decisions and in decisions she mostly means those at the top. Large companies usually have a lot of people working for it and need time to make key market decisions that can affect more people than the silly-ass start ups a Carmen Bauza was a part of in the past. Women leadership mode always tries to change the success and structure of a company with their feminine  approach and this often leads to failure for large companies and under this woman's leadership is clear Wal-Mart will follow this path. This is the problem with corporate type thinking whose managers usually start off in the small setting leading to quick decisions that often lead to disaster for the company. Carmen Bauza is trying to change Wal-Mart into a brave new world some of her appraisers will say. Carmen is a aging corporate hag who should just stick to the ladies cosmetic brands and leave the other stuff at Wal-Mart alone and allow the sales of guns and other hunting supplies. Wal-Mart was an iconic American brand and again we see diversity and globalists views and attempts to slowly attack and rot away at American companies and leaders in their industry with their insights and goals how best to wreck the American economy through their risky adventure they know will likely lead to a company's demise.
