Thailand's brutal fight against barbaric Islamic insurgency goes under radar in Geo-political discussions

Thailand government forces have been waging a brutal campaign against an evil Muslim guerilla campaign that has caused nightmare for non-Muslims in the southernmost provinces of this great Buddhist country. Hot-head Malay and Muslim supremacists have long agitated the central government for more autonomy where they can implant their local sharia laws upon the population and in 2004 these Muslim Malays started their own brand of localized terrorism against security forces and Buddhist places of worship. The most frequent targets of insurgent attacks are ethnic Thai Buddhists by ethnic Malay Muslims in the provinces of Pattani, Narathiwat and Yala. Brutal attacks on teachers and state officials by insurgents have led to accusations of extra judicial killings by authorities, perpetuating a cycle of violence. Over six thousand people have been slain through this latest episode of Malay Islamic power attempts and the use of religion to wage war against non-Malays in Asia. some moderate Malays who condone these attacks on school teachers by Muslim bandits who see teachers as agents of the state in this overwhelming Buddhist country. Thai state authorities say regional autonomy for this area, as was done in Indonesia and the Philippines, is off the table as the promotion of designated Malay areas would only bolster ties to neighboring Malay regions. the army is rightfully scared of foreign mediation which would practically give claims to these Muslims for trying to carve out another area of the world reserved for radical Islam. Thailand rightfully is worried about the travels of Muslims in Thailand to the Middle East and bringing back a more vicious strain of Islam back to this country and no reward should be given to an insurgency that beheads teachers and monks. Muslims are getting more conservative in general in Thailand and this unnerves Buddhist  in their very own country. as in India right before the partition, Thailand's leaders worry that Muslims are getting more and more radicalized from their annual Hajj to Mecca bringing in new ideas and brutalities shared by their co-religionists from around the world as their goal of a global Muslim caliphate gathers steam and even Buddhists in their overwhelming Buddhist countries are not even safe.
