The Chinese restaurant owners though want more in life and are slowly upgrading from these slimy greasy eateries and trying to go more luxury as Sushi places are opening up all over the place across America. that there is no real demand for these expensive restaurants despite the lie that they are trendy and in demand especially from the urban elites is besides the point. the Chinese want their McMansions and three car garages and serving cheap food in Chinese kitchen and eateries about the size of about a single car garage was never going to cut it. The Chinese long were green of their fellow yellow Asian Japanese restaurateurs who got to charge more of a premium for their equally distasteful and disgusting dishes. I have often said the main ingredient in the fish category of most Asian restaurants ought to be suspect as these people will cut costs at all lengths and without a doubt the introduction of invasive species into Midwest waterways such as the Asian Carp is correlated to the increase of Asian restaurants.
