Robi Ludwig is another female self-help author making some dream money from crating a sense of self-improvement and self-help from female readers. she goes for the Middle Age market with her book called "Your Best Age Is Now" and in it Robi tells middle aged women to dress as they like and hopefully this does not include waring yoga pants. Robi says more women than ever are marrying in mid-life and that older women should not feel that love is elusive although the vast majority of these late marriages are primarily fueled not by love but reality in todays financial cataclysm. Women are not comfortable earning more than their husbands despite the fact the lowest laborers or construction worker puts in much more energy and working pain than higher income professional jobs that many of this midlife women have attained to in the corporate world where work is geared towards the female and deb created to put out these easy dream jobs for primarily women..
Dr Ludwig is just full of BS and gets paid to bs and write this nonsense trying so hard to inflate the ego of aging women such as herself. New opportunities and adventures are only available to corporate women or over-paid professions such as herself as a physiotherapy and an old maid is an old maid regardless of generations and the affluent lifestyle and money dreaming audience MS Ludwig writes to is only attainable through a corrupt massively in-debt corporate economic and government allowance system. women's self-worth is always through their looks and it is no accident the wealthy females often look the role of a high-end fashion mall loo than ahhh say a Wal-Mart look. Wealthy women have benefited from a system that has rewarded themselves with the possibilities of delaying aging for a few years and this is something this "doctor" should relate more truthfully to the reader instead of the total two hundred page bullshit she writes and says the right things to get the continual speaker fees to supplement her bad books and practice. This author and her readers may not like it but at mid-life you start to break down and its time to be kind and rewind like a old VHS tape, but of course she will not get book deals illustrating reality. Dr Ludwig is a mainstream media insider and adds nothing to any relevant discussion aside from again saying and writing the things older aging women want to hear. 
This book is lame and women really know the game as their best age is in early twenties or even the teens . it is all downhill in the mirrors from there and you don't need a smart mirror to realize this.
