Bo Jackson amazed that baseball players take their sport so seriously in combat compared to hard knocking football

Bo Jackson couldn't believe it. Twenty years ago Nolan Ryan beaned teammate Robi Ventura and a major ass kicking and beating took place in Arlington,Texas as the forty six year old hall of fame pitcher was attacked by this scrub third baseman for the Chicago White Sox. I hardly watch baseball now but I recall seeing this incident as it occurred back in the day with a life of no work and constant leisure time. Bo Jackson got in the middle of it and personally ended the fist a cuffs that could of developed and lasted all night as the tension was high and rife.Image result for nolan ryan fighting robin ventura It is ironic that the cowboy Nolan Ryan didn't dare to bean a Frank Thomas and Bo Jackson this night of lame beanbrawl and I still insist nothing is as ridiculous as this sport and the fights that spill out serving as a welcome distraction and added excitement to a sport that devotes so much time to foul balls and action not put into play. Deadspin and ESPN had fun wasting their usual time on their zones to dissect and dramatize this fight and Bo Jackson's role of intermediary was shown again. I just wonder what would of happened if Nolan Ryan had the courage to strike Bo in the back with  a ball in retaliation for previous bean balls by White Sox players. Bo looked amazed at the stupidity f baseball players for fighting especially coming from football where the hitting is harder and action more hard core
