Joaquin Guzman thought he was powerful supplying coke and heroin to Americans and running countless lives through the trade and distribution of illegal narcotics and for a while under the Clinton and bush administration this backwards Mexican became powerful. Guzman was supplying drugs from submarines, ships, and 747s and the drug money he made were soon funneled to the corrupt political leaders like Luis Gutierrez to fight and make Chicago and other cities sanctuary cities and bastions for illegal activity.
The DEA and federal authorities had enough and eventually in 2009 went after this bacon-faced cock sucker and hre sits in a fed pen being treated as a ruthless gutless jagoff he is in life. The fact that Guzman would use America's embittered and hostile monitory and anti-police inner cities should not be surprising and to many illegals in this country Mr Guzman is still a folk hero of their culture much admired as skeletons and skulls in their artwork, EL Capo's only talent in life was murder, mayhem , and heroin and how long both Chicago and Mexican authorities allowed this rat bastard to ship tons of drugs into this country will never be known but the resistance to this day of a secure borders and a wall is a legacy of the power of drug money and the addicts still ruling place like Chicago and Milwaukee. Much of the drug money was used to influence politicians at the local level and police in the street level and this best explains how operations such as Chapos was so effective and profitable for so long. Joaquin Guzman should of been content in Mexico and not tried to export his drug business into America and in reality this fuck face should of just ran some rancheros in Mexico.

Another plausibility for all this drug money being spent was the amount of freebie money govern to inner city resident sin the form of welfare and rent subsidies that gives them opportunities to spend more on drugs.
