Morris Boswell is one of many aging dead beats hanging around public libraries and spending all their day and night son free computer hook ujps. Public libraries have become a public playground for the sleep and the computer addicted and less and less about gaining knowledge and learning book and read. Marty Boswell spending his time in the South Milwaukee, Wisconsin library watching music concerts and playing air guitar and he is crazier than a bat without wings. 
This piece of shit can be found daily playing air guitar and and scarfing locals with his inability to function and think like a practical and normal human being and these libraries need to quit catering to the locos and crazies of the world with their internet freebies and allowances for the old and bum to snore away on a cushy chair. The amount of people just hanging and using the public libraries across of America to hang out and stay when homeless is a unbelievable waste of resource and major decline of the once proud institution of the public library. The loco freebie seekers like Marty Boswell have over-taken this space with their neurotic and eccentric behavior ruining the experience and need of library for the normal folks.
