Trump said that has long as Puerto rico has shitty politicians that help make states and in this case a money leeching territory a shit hole there is pequino chance of this island ever becoming a state.
If anything the United States needs to let this island lose and quit giving migration favoritism to what is essentially an island of illiterate backwards Spanish mix-blood hillbillies form the backwaters of the Caribbean.
