Kazuhiko Kato is dead

     Arnold Buckley
The cartoonist known as Monkey Punch is dead as the creator of Lupin III series  died in his table drawing another one of his amazing comic strips that he was known globally through the years. There will be no more stories from Mr Kato on the antics of master thief Daisuke Jigen and the other screwballs in one of the most popular comic strips ever made in Japanstan and pretty much this guy invented anime ahh I think.
This old Jap made the transition to digital in no time and even the most tech-related artists were amazed hos smoothly Kazuhiko Kato transitioned to drawing on a computer screen that I imagine can make any person into a first-rate comic artist oif anime. This guy made a good living form a very easy job and his storylines and comic were always over-rated and nothing to write home about. The good thing about this clown dying is that it will open up a new generation and opportunities for young comic strip artists and the ageing and stubbornness of these geriatric artists to retire and go away from  their gigs has been a problem in the industry and we don't need anymore cartoons form this old man. Kazu Kato dead at the age of 93
