If this wasn't a suicide then Emily Hartridge wasn't very smart to realize driving scooter son roads in crowded chaotic cities was not smart and put herself in danger and she was slammed and rolled over like a fucking pancake killed at the age of 35 years this past week. Ms Hartridge's shocking death may have been suicide by train or truck as she rode her scooter right into the path of a 15 tom truck and a scooter doesn't have a chance.
Electric Scooters are illegal and drivers face afine but this doesn't stop manufactures from skirting these facts and being bale to sell their items in the West and indeed some cities are inundated with six or seven companies just giving out bikes out for free for all to use. There could be potential dozens of accident and deaths such as hers in a year and th escooter scourge is a trend that needs to be nippedat its bud as these manufacturer and global companies .
