James Kunstler Howard glad to see the age of the Mega city is over and hopefully the interconnected global corruption follows

     Famed veteran urban writer James Howard sees the writing on the wall for these oligopolistic owned mega cities that were all globally connected and a magnet and a source for internationalism and global migrations of the money launderers. James Howard Kuntsler  recently wrote about the fall of New York and how some 400,000 upper income people fled the city and the brown and Black shit hoe the Big apple as developed as old Southern urban blacks mingle and proceed a new bastard offspring dumbed down race with Black and Brown Caribbean people and Whites and those wealthy Asians that can afford to are getting the fuck out of New York City.

Kuntsler says the era of all global meg cities are coming to an end  as the cost of leasing these high-rent skyscrapers and maintaining the costs become improbable as these cities long built and overstretched their unsustainable castles into he sky and soon there will be no one around of any a status and high income to work and live in these structures in new York City. Kunstler says that the Time-Life building once had 20 thousand people work in it but after Bill De Blassio's Covid excuse warfare and economic terrorism this has dropped to five  hundred people a day working at this large office building. The rents and high prices companies were once accustomed to spending to be at a particular location is no longer practical or feasible and this only spells doom Howard Kuntsler says for these huge overly  tall and costly buildings that block the sun and cast a dark shadow all over the city. King James of course is invidious to large skyscrapers but the fact is that developers are given free  money to hire people and build these places and increasingly no own can afford or pay the exuberant costs to rent in it. 

 

New York and other large urban cities are up shits  creek and are only running now as we see it because of the massive debt given to it and they will always be asking the federal government for a bail out and then just the street activist  domestic terrorists to work their magic and be political force against rival unsympathetic presidents or Governors that refuse to support the high-style living of thee corrupt castle like city states.
